Third graders in Mrs. Reynolds’ and Mrs. Pickrell's rooms enjoyed a First Century Meal together. We shared this meal using similar manners and customs that the early Christians might have used including hand washing and praying both before and after the meal. This meal enriched our Bible study of the early church and exposed us to some new foods such as hummus, honey cakes, unleavened bread, and figs. Thank you to all who supported this wonderful learning experience!
