Admission of a student is based upon achievement, the testing program, interview, and openings in the particular grade levels. Additional information will be provided in the Parent-Student Handbook. The school reserves the right to deny admission to any student when the administration feels that his or her attendance is not in the best interest of the school.

ENROLLMENT FEE:

 

   Grades K4-12th       $75 per student - If paid by April 1, 2007     $125 per student – If paid after April 1, 2007

Students who have already been accepted or who have attended previously, will be considered “registered” when the enrollment fee is paid and the registration form has been received.  Their name will be added to the class roll and assured a place in the class.

 

TEXTBOOKS/MATERIAL FEE:

 

   Grade K4 - $100                 K5-4th Grades - $125             5th-8th Grades - $150          9th-12th Grades - $175   

This fee also covers computer lab supplies, science lab supplies, art supplies, achievement testing, and textbooks.  The fee may be paid in thirds due May 1, June 1, and July 1.  All textbook/material fees are due by July 1, 2007.

TUITION DISCOUNT:

 

            Families who pay the full tuition amount by July 15 will receive a 3% discount.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION:

 

As a convenience to our school families, a monthly tuition rate is available.  The monthly tuition structure is based on the family’s choice of one of the following: a 12-month period beginning July 1 and ending June 1; an 11-month period beginning August 1 and ending June 1; or the 10-month period beginning September 1 and ending June 1.  All accounts are due and payable by the 1st of each month.  No monthly statements are sent out unless the account is not paid and received by the 15th of the month, at which time a $5 late fee will be added.  Any student whose account is not paid within 45 days of the due date will not be allowed to attend WCCS until the account is paid in full.  All records and report cards will be held until tuition and fees are paid. Please contact the school office if a problem arises.  Every effort will be made to work with parents.
