STEP 1: Request an Information Packet
Call the school office at 304-375-2000 to request an information packet to be sent. The packet includes Parent-Student Handbook, School Profile, Athletic Information, and Intent to Enroll.
STEP 2: Schedule an Interview & Tour
Call the school office at 304-375-2000 to set up an interview and tour.
STEP 3: Begin the Enrollment Process
Submit the following to the school office:
- Completed Intent to Enroll (one per child)
- $500 Family Fee
- Official Birth Certificate
- Official Up-to-Date Immunization Records
- Most Recent School Report Card
- Most Recent Standardized Test Scores
- Child’s IEP, 504 Plan, and/or outside testing documentation (if applicable)
After submitting all the above items, you will receive a link to schedule Entrance Testing ($40 per student). After the student takes the entrance test, the education committee will meet to review all information. An administrator will call parents with final determination.
STEP 4: Finalize Enrollment Process
Upon acceptance into WCCS, a link to complete the Application for Admission will be sent via email. Parents/students are responsible for signing the following:
- Financial Agreement
- Cooperation Agreement
- Corporal Discipline
- Mediation Agreement
- Medication Agreement
- Photo Release
- Social Media Agreement
- Statement of Cooperation (student)
- Training Agreement
- Withdrawal Agreement
Upon completion of all steps, parents will receive an official acceptance letter.
