Building Christ-Centered Leaders for Today and Tomorrow
The Student Leadership Institute (SLi) is a yearlong program designed to equip 8th through 12th grade students with a strong biblical foundation, practical leadership skills, and real-world experience. Students must go through an application process in order to join.

SLi helps students develop a thoughtful, Christ-centered approach to leadership through:
- Biblical Worldview Development
Students learn to understand and apply Scripture to real-life situations, gaining confidence in navigating complex cultural and ethical issues. - Engaging Discussions & Debate
Through activities like “Good Faith Debates,” students observe respectful dialogue on challenging topics, learning how to disagree with grace while maintaining unity in Christ. - Leadership & Service Opportunities
Students serve both within the school and the community, putting their faith into action and growing as servant leaders. - Real-World Experiences
Guest speakers, hands-on projects, and off-campus opportunities help students connect their learning to the world around them.
